Marielle suffered a stroke in 2015 at the age of 41. Due to her non-congenital brain injury (NAH), she had to deal with overstimulation. Together with her husband Koen, a designer by profession, she came up with the Boodie. The Boodie is a comfort vest with a dampening effect for light and sound.
The Boodie was developed at the initiative of NAH-yes! and shaped by the fashion designers of New Order of Fashion.
