Placing and handling orders
You can place an order on our website (www.Boodie.eu). During the ordering process, we ask for certain data that we need to process your order. The data we process for this purpose are:

- billing address;
- delivery address;

- financial data: bank account numbers and payment details.

- (business) e-mail address;
- any additional information you provide in a message.
Boodie processes this data based on your consent.
We keep this data until we consider that your contact request has been satisfactorily dealt with.
Mailing
Through the website, you can subscribe to our mailing list, which will keep you informed of the latest developments, such as when the hoodie is on sale. For this purpose, we process the following data:
- first and last name;
- e-mail address.
We process this data based on your consent. You always have the option to unsubscribe from the mailing. Each mail contains a link you can use to unsubscribe.

Transfer of personal data to third parties
In certain cases, we share personal data with third parties who process such data on our behalf. This may include the following recipients:
- our accountant receives invoices from orders to maintain Boodie's financial records;
- the hosting provider of our website receives the data you provide via the webshop, when filling in the contact form or signing up for the mailing list. This data is stored on the hosting provider's servers;
- Microsoft receives personal data included in the emails we send and receive through Outlook;
- Google receives personal data that we have stored in Google Drive, such as invoices for administration.
In addition, we share personal data with the following parties designated as data controllers:
- PostNL receives your name, address and e-mail address to deliver your order and to keep you informed via track and trace. PostNL itself is responsible for processing this data. For more information, please refer to their privacy statement;
- Mollie receives your name and payment details after paying for an order. Mollie itself is responsible for processing these data. For more information, please refer to their privacy statement;
- iDeal receives your name and address to process payment for your order. iDeal is responsible for processing this data. For more information, please refer to their privacy statement;

Boodie has taken extensive technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. We only share personal data with third parties with similar high standards. Moreover, we always make prior arrangements with our processors to ensure the secure processing of personal data.
For the purpose of our services, we may provide personal data to parties based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We only do so if there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of personal data.

Personal data provided to us is treated with the highest degree of care and complete confidentiality.
