This is the privacy statement of Boodie Feelgood Hoodie, part of Stoerrr - Kids Concepts B.V., based in Son en Breugel and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 71467661, hereinafter: “Boodie” or “we”.

We collect personal data in various ways, for example when you place an order with us or contact us. When processing personal data, we comply with applicable privacy legislation, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). This means that:

• Processing personal data: categories, purposes, legal bases and retention periods

By personal data, we mean any data that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a person. We collect personal data in different situations and for different purposes. Below, we specify for each situation what data we collect, its purpose, the legal basis for processing and the retention period of this data.

When we process personal data on the basis of the legal basis ‘legitimate interest’, we weigh our legitimate interest in processing against your privacy interests beforehand. Placing and handling orders

You can place an order on our website (www.Boodie.eu). During the ordering process, we ask for certain data that we need to process your order. The data we process for this purpose are:

• naw details;
• billing address;
• delivery address;
• e-mail address;
• phone number (optional);
• financial data: bank account numbers and payment details.

We use this data to perform the agreement we enter into with you and to give effect to applicable laws and regulations (including administration obligations).

The data will be kept until your order is completed. Some data is kept longer, in accordance with legal obligations such as the seven-year tax retention obligation.

Suppliers

For the procurement of goods and/or services, we process the following personal data:

• contact details: first and last name, position, (mobile) phone number, e-mail address and other company and contact information;
• correspondence: letters, e-mail messages, contact forms and other communications;
• financial data: bank account numbers and payment details.

We use this data to perform the agreement with our supplier and to give effect to applicable laws and regulations (including administration obligations). 

Data will be kept for the duration of the agreement. Some data are kept longer, in accordance with legal obligations such as the seven-year tax retention obligation.

 

Contact

There are several ways to get in touch with us, for example by e-mail at contact@boodie.eu, by phone, by WhatsApp or by filling in the contact form on the website. To make this possible, we process the following personal data:

• first and last name;
• (business) e-mail address;
• any additional information you provide in a message.

 

Boodie processes this data based on your consent.

 

We keep this data until we consider that your contact request has been satisfactorily dealt with. 

 

Mailing

Through the website, you can subscribe to our mailing list, which will keep you informed of the latest developments, such as when the hoodie is on sale. For this purpose, we process the following data:

• first and last name;
• e-mail address.

 

We process this data based on your consent. You always have the option to unsubscribe from the mailing. Each mail contains a link you can use to unsubscribe.

 

• Transfer of personal data to third parties

In certain cases, we share personal data with third parties who process such data on our behalf. This may include the following recipients:

• our accountant receives invoices from orders to maintain Boodie's financial records;
• the hosting provider of our website receives the data you provide via the webshop, when filling in the contact form or signing up for the mailing list. This data is stored on the hosting provider's servers;
• Microsoft receives personal data included in the emails we send and receive through Outlook;
• Google receives personal data that we have stored in Google Drive, such as invoices for administration.

In addition, we share personal data with the following parties designated as data controllers:

• PostNL receives your name, address and e-mail address to deliver your order and to keep you informed via track and trace. PostNL itself is responsible for processing this data. For more information, please refer to their privacy statement;
• Mollie receives your name and payment details after paying for an order. Mollie itself is responsible for processing these data. For more information, please refer to their privacy statement;
• iDeal receives your name and address to process payment for your order. iDeal is responsible for processing this data. For more information, please refer to their privacy statement;
• Rabobank receives your name and payment details after paying for an order. Rabobank itself is responsible for processing this data. For more information please refer to their privacy statement.

 

Boodie has taken extensive technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. We only share personal data with third parties with similar high standards. Moreover, we always make prior arrangements with our processors to ensure the secure processing of personal data. 

 

For the purpose of our services, we may provide personal data to parties based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We only do so if there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of personal data.

 

• Security

Personal data provided to us is treated with the highest degree of care and complete confidentiality. We additionally ensure that appropriate technical and organisational security measures are in place to adequately protect personal data from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes. Some of the measures we take to ensure the security of your data include:

• two-step verification with the software we use;
• we work digitally as much as possible to minimise paper processing and increase security;
• the use of firewalls and anti-virus software on the laptops we work with;

• regularly assess whether we can achieve the same goals with less personal data.

Should you feel that we have not adequately helped you, you have the option to file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority.

Boodie reserves the right to change this privacy notice. Discussion will be based on the latest privacy statement published on our website. This privacy statement was last amended in October 2024.
